1.General description

CDG-6000 Axle Fluorescent Magnetic Particle inspection machine is an electromechanical discrete semi-automatic fluorescent magnetic particle testing equipment. The method is used to detect cracks and various subtle defects on the surface and near-surface of connecting rods made of ferromagnetic materials due to casting, forging, machining, fatigue and other reasons.

This equipment adopts two operation modes, manual and automatic, and is centrally controlled by a programmable controller (OMRON PLC). When it is manual, it can carry out single-step independent operation of each function; when it is automatic, the equipment automatically executes the PLC internal program. After the workpiece is loaded in place and clamped, press the start button to realize a series of spray-rotation-magnetization action. Release the workpiece after manual demagnetization. The circumferential magnetization adopts direct energization, and the longitudinal magnetization adopts two sets of fixed coils and two sets of movable coils, which have good magnetization effect. The AC magnetization has power-off phase control and has good remanence stability, which is suitable for both continuous method flaw detection and residual magnetism flaw detection. The composite magnetization forms a rotating magnetic field on the workpiece, and the magnetic track is displayed in all directions at one time, which has high work efficiency.
