If our company's products meet your requirements, Lifeng will arrange technicians to provide you with suitable equipment solutions within three working days.

On sale service:

For the goods in cooperation, Lifeng will develop an equipment schedule to let you know the progress of the goods you purchase at any time.

After-sale service:

Lifeng provides technical support services for the sold goods for life.

For goods within the warranty period, we will respond within one hour, arrive at the user site (in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai) within 24 hours of sales, and arrive at the user site within 36 hours or 48 hours in remote areas.

For goods outside the warranty period, Lifeng only charges the cost of repairing parts.
