Crankshaft length range: 350mm～700mm

Rotation diameter of workpiece: not less than Φ220mm

Workpiece weight range: ≤40 Kg

Main journal width range: 18～40mm

Width range of connecting rod neck: 18～40mm

Spindle diameter range: Φ45～Φ85mm

Diameter range of connecting rod neck: Φ35～Φ70mm

Eccentricity: 35mm～58mm.

2. General description

The workpiece is manually loaded and unloaded, the equipment is automatically clamped, automatically sprayed and magnetized, manually observed, and automatically demagnetized.

Detection method: circumferential magnetization, longitudinal magnetization, compound magnetization.

Detection requirements: cracks and defects in any direction on the inner and outer surfaces and near the surface.

Detection current: alternating current.

Detection sensitivity: Type A 2# test piece is clearly displayed.  

3. Process flow:

Manual uploading → electrode clamping workpiece → workpiece rotation spray magnetization → rotation observation → demagnetization → workpiece loosening → manual unloading.
